Delayed/canceled flight

Sometimes, unfortunately, a departure is delayed. If the delay is longer than two hours, we offer food and drink, or we hand out meal vouchers during the waiting period. For other costs, we recommend that you contact your insurance company for the possibility of compensation.

Cancelled flight

When we are forced to cancel a flight, we will offer a refund or arrange a rebooking to your final destination. During the waiting period, we offer food and drink, or we hand out meal vouchers. We are also responsible for hotel accommodation in cases where it is needed. For other costs, we recommend that you contact your insurance company for the possibility of compensation.

If you instead choose to cancel your trip due to a canceled flight, you are entitled to a refund of the unused flight ticket. Then contact the check-in staff at your departure airport and support@airleap.se.

Air Leap complies with EU regulations EU 261/2004 regarding compensation in connection with delayed and canceled flights. Complete information can be found in our Allmänna Villkor. (Sections 12 and 18 deal with compensation in the event of a delayed / canceled flight).
